What Our Clients Say...

POWERPass was a snap to get up and running, and you couldn't ask for an easier processimplement
on a daily basis.

With POWERpass,
we've seen clear increases
in total sales. What's more,
the average POWERpass transation
is significantly higher than
our other sales.
Working toward future savings definitely motivates
our customers to spend.
Two words: POWERpass works!

I can't tell you enough how great PowerPass has been for us. During the past two years our sales have been boosted dramatically due to this program. We have found that direct mail with an offer has increased our traffic by almost double. We feel this rewards our customers, makes them happy to shop here, and in turn they shop more. It's a great program for both the customer and retailer!

The PowerPass postcard program has given my stores at least a 25% rate of return and last year's holiday postcard had a 43% rate of return!

A useful program for both customer & retailer.

Creative Uses for POWERpass Program

Gate-Keeper Campaign
Want to reach an inaccessible audience, like employees at a nearby company, or guests at a hotel? Work with the "gate keeper" there, like the receptionist or concierge and reward them for each client or customer they send over.

A hybrid of the program above and a Gift Card, gate-keepers earn cash, rather than specific rewards. (You decide whether the cash can only be used for products or services your business offers or not.)

No-Cash Points Program
Just like using the regular Points Program, but rather than base the points earned on an amount spent, points are earned based on activities or events that earn different amount of points.

(Basically, in this case, you ignore the "amount purchased" aspect and use the promotions pull-down to define activities or events that earn points.)

Lay-Away Program
Keep track of payments customers make towards the purchase of an item.

Bar Tabs
Keep track of money owed by customers.

Reward Client Referrals
Give your current clients or employees an incentive to be evangelists for your business. With Loyalty Link on your site, they can see that it's working and they'll work harder.

Membership Program
Track membership programs where a person has a certain amount of services, products, or activities that they can deduct one at a time.

Another clever deviation from the underlying program (Buy X Get One Free) where you basically use it "Backwards".

Pre-Paid Items
Sell pre-paid packages of items such as lunches, coffees, massages etc. A simpler implementation of the Membership Program, where only one item (or same-value items) are being pre-paid and redeemed as a single unit.

The Five Basic Programs - Powerful AND Flexible

Points Program
The most customizable of all the programs. You enter what the rewards are, how many points your customers get for each dollar spent, and you can even define some promotions. This one rocks.

Gift Cards, Real or Virtual
Sell and track gift card or gift certificate sales and balances, 365 days of the year. Gift cards aren't just for the holidays. Some businesses even use the Gift Card program to 'barter' with colleagues.

Buy X, Get 1 Free Promotions
Replace those pesky paper cards and hole puncher, and offer more than one promotion at a time.

Action, Visit or Event Based Program
Want to motivate employees or a classroom full of kids? Offer them a reward once they have completed a required amount of tasks.

Earn per Activity, Visit or Event Program
Reward referrals or other desirable events or behavior with store credit at your own business. "Store Credit", hey that's like Monopoly Money!
